It started with a bookcrossing in Vetipak in Veghel, but from the beginning the goal has been a Polish library. I can obtain several hundred books for it just from my hometown of Kalisz. But first, an association has to be established, hence several volunteers are needed to establish it. That is why Latarnik is currently operating on a limited scale.
